We aim to respond within two business days. If you are reporting a problem, it helps to include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and roughly when the problem happened.

With your phone number. We send a one-time code by SMS and you enter it in the app. There is no password to remember or lose.
Five photos taken from the same five angles: front, front pulled back, right profile, left profile, and crown. On-screen guides help you match your previous session so the photos line up when you compare them.
A reading is an analysis of one session. It returns metrics covering hair quality, recession, graying, and scalp condition, plus written notes on what the photos show. Readings compare you against your own history rather than against other people.
Readings are observations, not medical advice. They are not a diagnosis and are not a substitute for seeing a dermatologist or another qualified clinician. If something about your hair or scalp concerns you, please talk to a doctor.
In the app, open Settings and choose to delete your account. This removes your photos from storage and deletes your account along with your sessions, readings, and answers. It is permanent and cannot be undone, so export or save anything you want to keep first.
If you cannot reach the app for some reason, email team@hairy.app from the phone number or address on your account and we will handle it.

Tell us. Readings are produced by a model reading your photographs, and lighting, focus, and framing all affect what it can see. Reports of readings that look wrong are genuinely useful to us and directly improve the product.
If you believe you have found a security or privacy issue, email team@hairy.app with the details and we will look at it promptly. Please do not post it publicly before we have had a chance to respond.
